Finding the correct Home Inspector for the buyer and/ or seller can sometimes be difficult.

You must first make sure they are a Certified Licensed Home Inspector with at least 3 to 5 years experience in home building and home construction and 3 to 5 years of Home Inspections.

( They must know how a home is built from start to finish ).

They should have a Public Website, available literature of their company and of course referrals from previous inspections.
